CERTIFICATES AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

All our activities are based on international standards confirmed by recognized certifications:

ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management
The ISO 9001:2015 standard includes requirements for a quality management system and belongs to the extensive ISO 9000 family, present in Trans Polonia since its inception. It is based on TQM principles – customer focus, organizational involvement in processes, and data-based decision-making.

The ISO 9001:2015 system implemented by Trans Polonia confirms the company's focus on customer needs, effective management of internal processes, and a commitment to continuous organizational improvement.

SQAS – Safety & Quality Assessment System

Trans Polonia SA, the parent company of the Trans Polonia Capital Group, and its subsidiary Tempo TP have obtained the SQAS certificate as proof of their high standards in organizing the transport of chemical substances safely and in a manner that is friendly to people and the environment.

SQAS is a tool used to assess and determine the level of safety and quality of operational activities in the handling of chemical products—both neutral and hazardous—subject to ADR, RID, ADN legislation and materials of particular risk (HCDG) by entities operating within the logistics chain.

ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management
ISO 14001 is a recognized international standard for environmental management systems. One of its main objectives is to support companies in their environmental protection activities. The standard helps the company measure environmental performance, minimize negative impacts on the natural environment, and improve the organization’s ecological balance.

The ISO 14001:2015 certificate confirms the environmental awareness of the Trans Polonia Capital Group and our commitment to environmentally responsible business operations.

EcoVadis – Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability
EcoVadis is an international platform that assesses companies in terms of sustainability and social responsibility. A positive evaluation confirms that our activities in environmental protection, labor rights, ethics, and supply chain management meet high international standards. The rating received indicates that the company operates in accordance with the principles of corporate social responsibility.

IFS Logistics – Food Safety
The International Food Standard is a widely recognized international standard confirming the safety and highest quality of food product transport. It is especially important in refrigerated logistics and deliveries requiring strict sanitary control.
The main goal of IFS is to standardize the assessment system for quality and food safety management and ensure full transparency in the supply chain. Obtaining the certificate confirms that the company operates in compliance with current legal regulations concerning food transport safety.

HACCP – Food Health Safety
To protect consumer health, and in response to client expectations and European Union requirements, we have implemented the HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). This system enables the identification and elimination of hazards at every stage of the food supply chain—from loading to delivery. Its strategic goal is to eliminate the risk of food poisoning and contamination, as well as diseases caused by the consumption of microbiologically, chemically, or physically contaminated food.
The HACCP system is closely linked to the implementation of Good Hygienic Practice (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

GMP+ B4 – Feed and Feed Product Transport
The implementation of the GMP+ B4 system ensures the highest quality and safety in the transport of feed and feed products. This system provides clients and consumers of the Trans Polonia Capital Group with the guarantee of sustainable and socially responsible transport.

Membership in EPCA
Since 2014, Trans Polonia has been a member of the European Petrochemical Association (EPCA) – a prestigious organization uniting leaders in the European chemical and logistics industries. This confirms our position among the most professional and responsible market participants.
