• Certificates of Professional Competence for the managers in the field of international transport

• Certificate of safety advisor for the transport of dangerous goods

• Transport License - issued by the Polish Ministry of Infrastructure authorizing to carry out transport services throughout Europe

• Carrier's liability insurance for both domestic and international traffic

The company is also a member of the International Road Transport Union, the Pomeranian Association of Road Transport and the Regional Chamber of Commerce of Pomerania.

From 2014 Trans Polonia is also a member of EPCA (The European Petrochemical Association).
