Mr Paweł Łakomy was born in 1981. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Economics. He is currently the Director of the Syntaxis office in Warsaw, where he has been working since 2008. He supports investment efforts of companies, including structuring, due diligence, documentation and monitoring of investments, with particular emphasis on transactions in Poland and those conducted from the office in Warsaw.
At Syntaxis, he was involved in investments in Ethos, Home.pl and Info-TV Operator, BIK Brokers, and conducted investments in eSKY, Polflam, Loconi Intermodal and Trans Polonia. He is a member of the Polflam Supervisory Board. Prior to joining Syntaxis, he worked for three years at GE Capital.
His last place of work at GE Capital was the European leveraged buyouts team in London, where he was involved in private equity-sponsored leveraged buyout transactions in Europe. Mr Paweł Łakomy graduated from the GE Capital Financial Management Programme, in which he supported the managerial staff in business development projects in London and in Poland.
