From 2009 he’s has been working for Trans Polonia S.A. as the Financial Analyst and as Chief Financial Officer afterwards. He was responsible for the process of changing the Company's shares listing market from Alternative Trading NewConnect to regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Mr. Krzysztof Luks has seven years experience in banking sector. He worked at the Retail and Corporate Credit Administration Department and Analysis and Loan Decisions Department in Bank Millennium S.A. As the team leader he was responsible for the process of securities acquisition.

Vice Chairman of the Management  Board - Chief Financial Officer manages and supervises all economic, financial and accounting activities of the company, in particular:

• Financial policy, financial reporting, accounting, controlling, according to the legal regulation in force,
• Providing capital market participants with reliable picture of the company’s business, its results and prospects,
• ‍Ensure the fulfillment of the informative obligations of the public company.
