Mr Iwar Przyklang is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Gdynia Maritime University (WSM), and of the Institute of French Petroleum School (IFP School) in Paris. After graduating, he worked in France as an engineer involved in the start-up of large industrial installations in the metallurgical and communication industries.
After returning to Poland, he established, co-established or managed companies in the telecommunications, transport, construction and linen industries. In 1995, he founded a telecommunications company, ATEM-Poland, of which he is still the President. In the scope of the global company Vinci, he is the President of VINCI - Energies Poland, which includes companies such as Atem-Polska, Cegelec Poland and TPI Ochrona Przeciwpożarowa. Since May 2012, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of Trans Polonia S.A.
