Bartłomiej Stępień

Mr. Bartłomiej Stępień is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław and Freie Universität Berlin where he obtained a master's degree in German law (LL.M.). He is also a graduate of the School of German Law at the University of Wrocław and the Humboldt University in Berlin. He completed attorney’s training. He specializes in company law, capital markets law and commercial law.

Currently, he is a partner at EVERBERG Law Firm, where he manages the work of a team dealing with the service of public companies and corporate bodies. Until 2015, he was the manager of the capital markets practice at Olesiński i Wspólnicy law firm. Previously, he worked, among others in the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany.

He participated in many restructuring projects of capital groups, acquisitions of public and private companies. His experience includes conducting and coordinating due diligence, legal services for mergers and acquisitions (M & A), in particular conducting negotiations on behalf of the investor as well as minority shareholders. Author of many press and book publications, including "Act on bonds. Practicioners’ comments. " He has a good command of foreign languages: German and English.
