On 12 September 2008 Trans Polonia S.A. debuted on the New Connect market. The reference course on the first trading session for the rights to ordinary bearer shares of C series was PLN 2.42. The company made ​​its debut with the price of PLN 3,20. C series shares were offered through a private subscription, in which the investors were assigned with 277 364 shares. The Company gained an amount PLN 671 221.



On November 25th, 2010 the company made its debut on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Together with a change of stock-exchange listing market form the NewConnect alternative trading system to the WSE regulated market, Trans Polonia S.A. carried out a share issue by which it acquired an amount of PLN 4 181 088. Reduction in Small Investors Tranche reached 24.2%.

In 2012 The Company carried out an issue of E and F series shares during which investors acquired a total of 580.000 of E and F series shares. The price per one share amounted to PLN 8.5 per share and the total value of the offer amounted to PLN 4.930.000,00.

On February 22nd, 2016 the Company issued 7.175.000 ordinary G series bearer shares at the price of PLN 3 for each share which were subscribed under the private placement of shares in order to finance the acquisition of 100 % stake in Orlen Transport S.A. G series shares were acquired, among other by the main shareholder - Euro Investor Sp. Z o.o. and Syntaxis II Capital Luxembourg s.a.r.l. that acquired 792.711 H series shares at the nominal price of PLN 0.10 as a result of exercising the subscription warrants. G and H series shares are to be introduced to trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.

In 2017 The Company carried out an issue of I series shares during which investors acquired a total of 8.500.000 of I series shares. The price per one share amounted to PLN 5,8 per share and the total value of the offer amounted to PLN 49.300.000,00.
