Marcin Paaweł Marczuk

Mr. Marcin Paweł Marczuk is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. In 2005 he completed his attorney training. He’s a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and a partner at Professor Marek Wierzbowski and Partners Attorneys-at-law.

His area of ​​interest focuses on issues related to the capital market, in particular financial instruments, including public offerings, corporate law, transformations, mergers and acquisitions (M & A transactions), capital groups regulations or incentive programs for the management of public companies.
