Grzegorz Wanio

Mr Grzegorz Wanio was born in 1980. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and obtained the title of LL.M. at the University of Bayreuth. He also completed postgraduate studies in tax law at the WSB University in Wroclaw. He completed his solicitor's training. Negotiator and private advisor for Management and Supervisory Boards.

A member of the Programme Council of the Observatory of Media Freedom in Poland within the framework of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.

In 2013, he was honoured with the prestigious "Forbes professionals - Professions of Public Trust". He began his professional career in 2005 as a consultant at the Rödl&Partner law firm. In the years 2011-2015, as a Partner, he was the head of the Warsaw branch of the Olesiński & Partners law firm, and was responsible for M&A.

Since 2015, he is a Managing Partner at the EVERBERG law firm. Author of press and book publications, including: commentary on the law on consumer rights, "Protection of personal data in personnel departments. Answers to 370 of the most difficult questions", "Hate speech in the Internet: how to fight it?", "Derecruitment. How to effectively terminate employment relationship", and "The Information Security Administrator's Handbook" (C.H. Beck 2016).
