Dominik Tomczyk

Mr. Dominik Tomczyk obtained MBA title from Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies within the Polish-Austrian Management Studies at WIFI in Vienna. He is also a graduate of postgraduate studies at The School of Banking and Management in Cracow, "Trade’s Organization and Logistics".

He began his professional career at TRAS Sp. z o.o., where between 1997 and 1998 he held the position of the manager of logistics. The same position he held subsequently in BAHLSEN Sp. z o.o. (between 1998 and 2001) and WOSANA S.A (between 2001 and 2002). In subsequent years he gained experience working on interim management projects for the INNOVA CAPITAL fund in CARMAN POLSKA Sp. z o.o. (between 2002 and 2003) and then the CONFEX AB Sp. z o.o. (2003) and Office Depot (2003).

In 2004, he joined LOTOS Group, where he initially worked as the Logistics Director, then Chief Operating Officer of LOTOS Oil (between 2004 and 2007) and eventually a member of the Management Board, Chief Operating Officer and President of the Management Board - Chief Executive Officer of LOTOS Parafiny Sp. z o.o. In 2012, together with the Krokus PE fund and several managers he conducted a management buyout transaction of the company he managed. Since 2012 he is the President of the Management Board - Chief Executive Officer of the company POLWAX S.A.

Mr. Dominik Tomczyk fulfills the independence criterion as described in The Good Practices of Companies Listed on the WSE 2016.
