Safety & Quality Assessment System (SQAS) provides a tool for identifying and monitoring security and quality of operations in transport of chemical products, both neutral and hazardous materials governed by ADR, RID and ADN regulations, as well as high-consequence dangerous goods (HCDG) by operators within the logistics chain.
The SQAS certificate shows that Trans Polonia Capital Group has an intelligent transport policy for chemical substances with the aim of minimising risks to human health, safety and the environment, and providing professional top-quality services.

The International Food Standard (IFS) is a popular, international standard designed for food products. Its main objective is to standardize the quality and safety management evaluation system for food and ensure complete transparency in the supply chain. Obtaining the certificate confirms that the company operates in accordance with current legal regulations regarding the safety of transported food.

Receiving the ISO 14001:2015 certificate confirms the environmental awareness of the Trans Polonia capital group and the fact that the objectives of the company are to conduct an environmentally responsible business.

ISO 14 001 is an internationally recognized standard for environmental management systems. One of its main objectives is to support entrepreneurs in their nature conservation activities, for example by setting up an environmental management system with strict and clearly defined principles. The standard helps the company to measure environmental performance, minimize negative impacts on the environment and improve the environmental performance of the organisation.

Trans Polonia Capital Group continues to upgrade the quality of its forwarding services in national and international transport e.g. by implementing new quality systems such as HACCP and GMP+B4.
In 2013, with a view to meeting expectations of our customers and EU requirements, we implemented a HACCP- food safety management system (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
The strategic objective of the HACCP system is to ensure food safety throughout the food production process, from the primary manufacturing processes to food distribution and sale to end consumers. The system helps to eliminate the risk of food poisonings, food infections and diseases caused by consumption of microbiologically, chemically or physically contaminated food products.
The HACCP system is closely integrated with the Good Hygienic Practice (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
In 2013, in order to ensure quality improvement of the services offered by the Capital Group companies, we implemented GMP+B4 system. GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice. This has been the starting point of the GMP + Feed Certification system that is currently in place. The objective of the GMP+B4 system is to ensure the safety of transport of feeding stuffs and feed products, and to provide customers and consumers with sustainable and socially responsible transport of such products in terms of the services offered by the Capital Group companies.

The GMP+International quality mark indicates that Trans Polonia Capital Group guarantees reliability, highest quality and operations oriented towards safety and sustainability. This also means that our Group meets and operates based on international standards designed for feed industry.

Additionally, in 2014 Trans Polonia S.A. has become member of the European Petrochemical Association (EPCA).
